How to use:
Start with 2–4 sprays on the soles of your feet at bedtime. After a week or two, add 4–6 sprays to your stomach for deeper sleep and a greater magnesium boost.

Once your body adjusts, feel free to use it on areas like legs, arms, or shoulders—especially where you feel tight or sore.

A light tingling sensation is totally normal and can be a sign your body is low in magnesium. If it’s uncomfortable, stick to using it on your feet for another week, then try again. You can also apply a bit of coconut oil or body lotion afterward to help soothe skin.

Each ml delivers approx. 500 mg of magnesium chloride (about 3–4 sprays).

Please note:
Despite the name, there’s no actual oil in this formula—just a mineral-rich, water-based blend that may feel slightly “oily” on the skin at first. That sensation disappears quickly as it absorbs.
